Location: Bouanane
Lâmma is a style of music and dance that originated in the Middle Atlas region, before becoming a symbol of the folklore from Bouanane, in eastern Morocco. The “Association folklore Lâmma de Bouanane centre” troupe has been fighting for nearly twelve years to preserve this art form, which includes poems and lyrical songs transmitted for generations. To the sound of these ancestral melodies, the singers and musicians of Lâmma continue and strengthen the bond of brotherhood that unites them.
