Description Scientifique
El Mehdi El-Mandjra is an author, professor ,futurologist and one of the co-founders of the International Federation of Futurologist Studies. He was born in 1933 in Rabat . He obtained his BA degree in Political sciences from ,the university of Cornell, New york and his Phd degree in economics from the university of London. He, then later came back to Morocco to held the position of a lecturer professor in the faculty of law in the university of Mohammed five in Rabat. Throughout his career, El mandjra held diffrent scientific and international positions such as the prime counselor of the Moroccan permanent delegation of the united nations between 1958 and 1959 and the chairman of the international federation of future studies between 1976 and 1981.\r
El Mandjra produced 130 works that were translated into different 6 languages.\r
Among the awards and accolades he received : the prize of the French Literature from the university of Cornell in 1953 and the award of peace from the international institute of Albert Einstein in 1990.\r
He died on 30 june 2014.
