Khobza ou Labza is a traditional dish of the region of Taza.\r
It is either made with harcha (semolina flatbread) or Matlou' (leavened bread cooked on stove top) served warm with a scoop of fresh butter (Labza). Some add honey while others decorate this dish with hard-boiled egg halves.
